 What is The Beauty Points Loyalty Program?
The Beauty Point Loyalty Program is a online rewards program (“Program”) that allows you to earn points, redeem exclusive rewards (“Rewards”), samples, birthday surprises and receive member exclusive.
This membership is currently FREE to join by signing up online on our official website.

How can I earn The Beauty Points ?

1. First time welcome sign up ( One-time only )
+ 888 points as you sign up for our FREE membership

2. Follow us on Instagram*
+ 100 points

3. Share on Facebook*
+ 100 points

4. Reward by Purchase *
Each MYR1 = +1 point that can be accumulated as rebate for your future orders.

5. Birthday Points ( Annually on verified account )
Up to 1288 points on your birthday

* Points will be credited into your account upon successful purchase online and verified post/share on social media.

How do I redeem Rewards?
Once you log into your “ Beauty Points Loyalty Reward ” account online, you can convert your available points into redeemable value. All Rewards can be redeemed only upon purchase of products.

How do I check my points balance?
To view your Beauty Points, simply log into your account online. Should there be any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via email at help@lipandco.com

Do the points I accumulate expire?
If your account has been inactive for a period of 12 months, your points will be removed from your account.

What happens to my points when I return items?
Points will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned.

Do I get anything for my Birthday ?
Receive up to 1288 points during your Birthday so please submit accurate and authentic details when you register for the reward program. This offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Lip & Co. at its sole discretion at any time.

Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
No. Each person can only have a single account. Kindly email us at help@lipandco.com should there be any redundant account created during point of purchase.

Important Notice
Lip & Co. reserves the absolute right to block or delete any account that has violated any policies attached to this loyalty program due to unethical manipulation of the reward program. The account may be suspended without any notice and all points attached to the account will be forfeited.
