When will my order be shipped?
We will process your order and ship it once it once its received. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed on non-business days will only be processed on the next business day).
Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind. Replacement items can only be replaced with the originally purchased item. We do not offer any cash refunds.
In case of delays?
We are committed to deliver your order to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us. While we aim to deliver on time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to inform you if we expect any delays from our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes , APO & FPO at the moment. It is at our sole discretion to reserve the right to refuse any orders due to the high amount of fraudulent orders on the internet.
It is at our sole discretion to reserve the right to cancel your membership registration with us.
Taxes & Duties ( If applicable )
Please note that all duties, customs clearance charges and taxes are to be strictly paid by the recipient.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested will be subjected to additional charges if option is made available.
