Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. All our products are cruelty-free. All our products are NEVER tested on animal but only on our founders and by our list of makeup-addict panels.

 

Are your products vegetarian-friendly?
Definitely. We DO NOT include any ingredients sourced from animals or any “living being“ for that matter! Made with only LOVE ;) 

 

How long does the product last unopened?
The product has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacturing and although the product is good for 24 months after opening, we would highly recommend that you use it within 12 months upon opening. Kindly refer to the packaging for specific details on the shelf life.

What Currency do you transact in?
This website only transacts in USD, GBP, AUD and MYR only. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Is my transaction secure?

What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?

We love all our Lippie Lovers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any items that are damaged during shipping. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased and must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving the product. Please contact our customer support team at help@lipandco.com .

Please indicate in your email subject area : Damaged Goods  and include the information below in the email.

  1. Full name ( as per the order ).
  2. Telephone number
  3. Return delivery address
  4. Scanned or image of the shipping paperwork ( Shipping Receipt ) that came with your order.
  5. Image of the damage goods.
